In the framework of the project ” Contribution to the Implementation of Penal Legislation in Romania” implemented in parthnership with Romanian Ministry of Justice, National Penitentiary Administration, – ANP , Transcena Association and FoundationPenal Reform Justice  fost finalizată şi aprobată de conducerea ANP “Theoretical Base for Development of a Standard Assessment Tool” was finalized and approved by the management of ANP.
