Study: Evaluation for detention regime change

This study was conducted during February-July 2010, within the project “Promotion of human rights in the execution of penal sentences” initiated by GRADO and carried out in partnership with TRANSCENA Association, Association of Romanian Magistrates, Penal Justice Reform Foundation, Prison Fellowship Romania. The material includes specifications on the framework of international standards in setting and change the detention regime and useful data to identify in EU states methods of best practice in assessment of inmates in detention change.
